Are Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning and Open House / Pre-Sale / Post-Purchase Cleaning not the same?Great question! While both Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning and Open House/Pre-Sale/Post-Purchase Cleaning aim to provide a clean environment, they are considered different services due to their specific purposes and focus areas. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Move-Out Cleaning: This service focuses on deep cleaning to meet lease or sale agreement requirements. It involves tasks like cleaning out cabinets and drawers, ensuring appliances are spotless, and sometimes making minor repairs. Move-In Cleaning: This service prepares a new home for the incoming occupant. It focuses on sanitizing and ensuring the home is safe and comfortable. This includes disinfecting surfaces, ensuring good air quality, and making the home feel fresh and welcoming. Open House / Pre-Sale / Post-Purchase Cleaning Open House / Pre-Sale Cleaning: This service is designed to make a property look its best for potential buyers. It involves thorough cleaning and staging to enhance the property’s appeal. The goal is to create a positive first impression and highlight the home’s best features. Post-Purchase Cleaning: This service is similar to move-in cleaning but is specifically tailored for new homeowners. It ensures that the home is clean and ready for the new owners to move in comfortably. So, the key differences lie in the objectives and the specific tasks involved.
