Our Post-Renovation Cleaning Services Include 3 types: Rough Cleaning Service • Fold Removal of large items like scrap wood, metal, and construction materials. (Please note we do not take out large items to landfills, please be ready to organize a removal company on cleaning day) • Thorough floor sweeps with heavy-duty vacuuming equipment. • Use a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter. Light Cleaning Service • Surface Cleaning of all horizontal and vertical surfaces • Remove smudges or construction residue from windows and glass surfaces • Completed bathroom and Kitchen cleaning (sanitize fixtures, sinks, countertops, and appliances). Final Cleaning Service • Detail deep cleaning and polishing fixtures, cleaning vents, wiping down light switches and outlets. • Perform final cleaning of all surfaces. • Inspection that all areas are clean Important: We do not remove construction trash.
